If you mean to record a credit memo and apply it to different sub-customers, we can create a credit memo for a sub-customer. Then, it'll be automatically recorded to the parent one. However, this will not apply to the other sub-customers.
If it's needed, you may want to manually enter the transaction to each sub-client. Here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu and select the Customers tab.
- Locate and click the name of the sub-clients.
- Click the New transaction drop-down arrow. Then, select Credit memo.
- Enter the necessary information and amount.
- Click Save and Close.
