How do you change a zero value to a blank? I need to change this in the Budget so it shows there is nothing in the annual total.

Hi, @rory2.

Welcome to the Community. We're happy you're here. You can customize reports to Show All Numbers Except Zero Amounts by following the steps provided below. You'll be a pro in no time.

  1. Within your Budget report, hit the Customize Report button.
  2. The Modify Report window will appear. At the top, go to the Fonts & Numbers tab.
  3. Under Show All Numbers, tick the checkbox next to Except Zero Amounts.
  4. Hit the OK button.

Now all of the zero amounts on your report will show as blank. If you'd like to find out more about customizing your reports, check out this awesome article. I also recommend memorizing your customized report so that you can use it in the future without the need to do these steps.
