How do you create the same invoice for multiple customers using an invoice you create in the custom format?

I'm here to help you create the same invoice for multiple customers, mnt.

We have the option to copy the invoice you created in the custom format in QuickBooks Online. Then, you can change the customer name. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then select Invoices.
  2. Locate the invoices you created in the custom format, then click Edit invoice.
  3. On the invoice page, select More.
  4. Choose Copy.
  5. Under the Customer field, select the new customer.
  6. Click on Save and close.
  7. Repeat the process for the other customers.

Aside from copying the invoice, you can also use the unscheduled recurring invoice when you charge different customers the same items or services. For more details, I suggest checking out this article: Create The Same Invoice For Multiple Customers.

Additionally, in case you have customers you invoice regularly, I encourage you to check out this article to learn how to handle the transaction: Create a Recurring Invoice and Manage Recurring Transactions.
