How do you email all customers

Hi there, useraquapluspools.

 

To batch email all customers in QuickBooks Online, I'd suggest going to the Sales page. From there, you're able to select multiple customers who you want to email.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Sales on the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Customers at the top.
  3. Place a check-mark next to the customers that you need to email.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down and choose Email.
