How do you email all customers

Hi there, useraquapluspools.

To batch email all customers in QuickBooks Online, I'd suggest going to the Sales page. From there, you're able to select multiple customers who you want to email.

Here's how:

  1. Click Sales on the left navigation panel.
  2. Select Customers at the top.
  3. Place a check-mark next to the customers that you need to email.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down and choose Email.

For additional information, you can click this article: Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms.

Please refer to this article to see details of how the Sales page gives you a great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices: View sales transactions.

Should you need any further assistance, feel free to ask. I'm always here to have your back. Take care!
