I appreciate you for getting back to us, chris157.
In cases like this, we can resolve it by performing some troubleshooting steps.
Let's start with an incognito window. This is the best place to identify if this matter is caused by a browser 's issue. I have here the shortcuts on how to open this type of window.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Then, let's try creating an invoice again.
If you don't see the shipping address, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can be the reason for the unanticipated issues on the pages we've opened like QuickBooks.
If you still get the same thing, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team. An agent will take a look at your account and investigate this further. I'll show you how:
- From the ? Help icon, click Contact Us.
- Enter The shipping information keeps populating when I create an invoice.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select either Message an Agent or Get a callback.
In case you want your customers to pay their invoices online, you can add a Pay Now button. Here's an article that has the detailed information about this feature: Add a Pay Now button.
If you still have other concerns, please let me know. I'm here to help you!
