I have a customer with a credit of $0.20 on their account. I would like to write it off due to the low amount. Quick Books will not let me write off a negative amount. How do I go about writing off the credit?
Any changes made after closing the book affect the account balances. Should you need to record it in that period? We highly recommend asking a few pieces of advice from an accountant. There's are a lot of implications that will happen if that's going to get posted.
