I can see that there's an ongoing investigation about receipts that are showing as processing or not completing at all. Our engineers are already checking what's causing the issue and resolve it at the same time.
We've also created a notification list for all users that are experiencing similar experiences. Email notifications will be sent as soon as we get this working again. Please give us a short call for us to add you to the list.
