How to access funds from a paid invoice now?

Hello @visionpro,

 

As much as I'd love to offer help and share how you can access the funds you're supposed to receive from the invoice payments made by your customers, we've got a separate team who can better address this in no time.

 

Normally, deposits are on hold while we encounter issues with your receiving account information. Rest assured after reviewing them, funds will be automatically posted into your bank account. You can read this article to learn more about your funds: Why are my funds on hold?

 

That said, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. With their tools, one of our specialists can pull up the account on file and help you locate the deposits in question. You can do so by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter Access funds from customers' payments in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a channel where you wanted to talk to our specialists.
