How to apply a markup to employee hours on customer invoices in QuickBooks desktop?

We are a service company, we apply a markup to all of our transactions including employee hours. I am able to select the markup for all of the invoice items, but not the employee hours that are imported from the weekly time-sheets. Is there a way to do this?

I even gave image showing how this is set up, so that you get Payroll Item and Service Item as two different functions for that same task.

 

Service item = Rate to client

Payroll item = payroll rate for staffer
