How to change logo on invoice form

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community. I'm here to provide some ways so you’ll be able to change your logo in QuickBooks Online.

You can change a logo to your invoice forms by following the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Your Company, pick Custom Form Style.
3. Find the template you want to change the logo, then select Edit.
4. Go to the Design tab, and then select Make logo edits.
5. Click the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
6. Once uploading is done, hit Save, then Done.

Please also know that when uploading a logo, there are a few requirements that you need to meet. These are:

• Supported file types are. gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg.
• Your file should be smaller than 1 MB.
• Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less.
• Use the standard RGB color space (RGB).
• The shape of the logo should also be square instead of a rectangle.
