How to confirm email address after QB sends emails to confirm the address, but the confirm link does not work?

You may want to copy and paste the link in a private window or Incognito to see if it works for you. This method prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems.

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N.
