How to create bills from time entries?

It looks like this is a duplicate post, @dreamerdad.

My colleague Jen_D already shared her answer about creating bills from the time entries you have approved. You can check her response through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/how-to-track-billable-time-...

How to create bills from time entries?

Mark - My other question was about tracking time in relation to 1099 contractors. This one is about how to generate bills in relation to 1099 time entries. I was really hoping QB would auto-generate bills from 1099 vendors after I approved time they entered in QB.  I probably could have put both questions under the same question but they are separate questions and, to further clarify, they do pertain to 1099 contractors. I don't believe Jen_D's answer pertains to 1099 contractors.  Does that help to clarify?
