Yes, there's a way to customize your packing slip in QuickBooks, @nick. I hope you're good and well today.
I appreciate your efforts in attempting to personalize the forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I have a way so you can personalize your packing slip. This way, you can give complete details in the sales form.
To start, you'll need to customize the invoice so that your packing slip is customized as well. To do this, let's create a custom field in your account. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose the Custom fields.
- Click the Add custom field button.
- Enter Notes in the field and check the box beside All Sales forms.
- Turn on the radio button in Print on form (optional).
- Hit Save.

After that, open or create an invoice and enter information into the field you previously created. Then click Print or Preview and choose Print packing slip. You also have an option to add a note in the Message on the Invoice box. See the sample screenshots below for your reference:
