How to do I import PDF Chase Bank statements onto QB?

Let me share some overview regarding the import process in QuickBooks Online, luis15.

Currently, the PDF file format is not an option when importing bank transactions. We can only use valid WebConnect file formats; Comma-Separated Values (CSV), QuickBooks Online (QBO), or Quicken (QFX). You request any of these file types directly from your bank or their website.

Once you have the file, you can start the import process. You can also reformat it if necessary. Here are some guides that will help you import the file successfully:

You might find this link helpful if you encounter an error when importing the file: Fix bank upload errors in QuickBooks Online.

After that, you can start categorizing the transactions.

Aside from importing the file, you might also want to consider connecting your Chase Bank account to QuickBooks Online. This way, your bank transactions are downloaded from your bank's website to QBO automatically. You can use this article for reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Let us know how this goes so we can further assist you in managing your bank transactions. Have a great day!
