The options to contact support will depend on availability. If you're unable to request a callback, I suggest starting a message about your concern or share it with us here in the Community.

- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
If you don't have access to the program, please follow these steps:
- Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact
- Select QuickBooks Desktop.
- Choose your version.
- Click Continue as a guest.
- Add a topic.
- Pick how you want to reach out to our support team.
