At this time, the Make Payment option isn't available on the individual Vendor screen in QuickBooks Online. Our Engineering Team has provided a workaround until they can find a permanent fix to this behavior. The workaround is that you can Pay Bills from the main Vendor screen with the Make Payment link. I'm going to submit your feedback to our Engineering Team about how this is important to you.
