If you have an open sales (SO) or purchase order (PO) under your customer or vendor, a pop-up window will automatically show up when creating invoices or bills. The option to remove this is not yet available for now. The good news is, you can either X out or Cancel the window if you don't want to add them to your transaction.

On the other hand, you can always select the SO or PO, if you want to add them to your bill or invoice.
