How to make reports available to a new user

Hi there, Waynehaar. You can access the Manage users section of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to assign a role for managing standard reports.

To proceed, go to the Gear icon > Manage user > Add user. From there, enter the user’s name and email address. Click the Assign roles dropdown, then select View company reports if your QBO subscription is either Plus or Advanced. If you have a QBO Essential subscription, you can choose the Standard limited customers and vendors role, since the reports-only users are not available for this subscription. Once finished, click the Send invite button.

If you want to add another user role in QBO, you can check out this article to better understand what they can see and do with your company data: User roles and access rights.
