How to move a single time activity transaction from closed to open? How can a transactions that have been invoiced already, be moved from closed status to open status ?t

Hi @alex.crcservices,

 

As of the moment, there isn't an option to open an already closed time activity transaction.

 

In the meantime, you can create a new single time activity and then copy it to your customer's invoice.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Plus icon.
  2. Under Employees, select Single Time Activity.
  3. Enter the date and the name for your time activity.
  4. Select a billable customer and a service for your time activity.
  5. Type in the hours worked in the Time field.
  6. Click Save and close.

Once completed, you go to your customer's Transaction List and then copy the billable time activity to your customer's invoice. Just click the Create invoice button in your Time Charge transaction.

Lastly, clicking the Gear icon in your Time Activity let you customize the details shown on your transaction.
