HOW TO PRINT CUSTOMER LIST WITH ADDRESSES?

I can help you with printing a customer list with addresses, @mao7777.

 

You can generate a Customer Contact List report in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Customize the report to show only the name and address. Then, print it right after. 

 

Here's how to run the report:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and find the Customer Contact List.
  2. Click to open the report.
  3. Select the Customize button and then go to the Rows/Columns.
  4. Choose the checkboxes that will appear in your report. Make sure to include the Customer and Billing or Shipping Address
  5. Click the Run report button. 
  6. Then, select the Printer icon at the top of your report.
  7. Adjust your print settings as needed.
  8. Select Print.
