How to receive inventory on a PO in QB online?

Hi there, @borgerms

 

You can create a bill from the PO each time items are received so that the quantity of the item in that transaction will be added in the inventory (Products and Services) list automatically. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go the Plus icon, then select Bill.
  2. Choose the vendor's name in the Vendor drop-down list. 
  3. All existing PO's will display on the left side. Select the correct PO and click Add
  4. Click Save
