How to run a report for OPEN work orders in 2013 Point of Sale?

I can help you get the report needed. Here are steps to generate reports to send to customers from the QuickBooks POS systems:

1. Go to Reports menu
2. Select Customers
3. Click Order Summary

You can create a report filtered down to the data you need.

You can then email the report from the Work Order List one at a time.
The following report allows you to send to excel, then attach the report to an e-mail.
