Happy to chime in on your question about setting up a new inventory account for another location. QuickBooks Online doesn't yet support multi-location tracking with Inventory.

As Fiat Lux - ASIA suggested, there are third-party integrations for multi-location inventory tracking available. To find those apps, check out our Apps Marketplace. There are thousands of integrations available and I'm sure you'll find one to suit your needs.
