How to set up quickbooks payments without SSN?

One of our customers paid us through Quickbooks payments. We have our own payment system, and do not wish to use QB payments in the future. However, we do want to deposit the QB payment that is just sitting in our account to our company bank account. When I try to set up QB payments in order to deposit the funds, it is asking for an owner SSN. We are a publicly traded company and do not have that information. I also asked our legal team, and they said other subsidiaries of our company have been able to receive payments through Quickbooks without having to enter an owner SSN. Is there a way to receive our payment one time without having to go through setting up quickbooks payments? Or a workaround that SSN requirement? We can provide other alternative verifying information, just not an owner SSN.

Allow me to explain how signing up for GoPayment and QuickBooks Payments works for you.

It's important to have a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number on file, as required by the IRS. Since you don't have a Social Security number, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Team. They can advise you and give you solutions for dealing with your particular issue.
