Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community, tim.
I'll be sharing different steps to ensure you can view bank statement smoothly in QuickBooks.
To start with, you may go to the Bank Register page to see a bank statement or a list of an account's complete transactions. You may also customize the section to display all previous and current entries related with an account.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Chart of accounts.
- Find the account you want to review. Choose View register the Action column.
Additionally, you can also go to the Reconciliation section to get or view your bank statement directly from your bank for a particular account. Follow the steps below.
- Go to Bookkeeping menu on the left panel.
- Select Reconcile.
- From the Account dropdown, select the account you want to reconcile.
- Click the View statements option to get your bank statements directly from your bank for this account.
If you don’t see the View statements option, your bank may not support this feature yet. Thus, I recommend contacting your financial institution to get your bank statement completely.
In case you need guidelines on how you can pull up reports in QBO to view all your recorded financial data, you can read this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to add a comment below if you have any other concerns about bank statements. I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you. Have a great rest of the day, tim.
