Good Afternoon, @marivel.vervoord

It's always great to see a new face here in the Community. The way to resend this link for your contractor to be able to fill out their W-9 is to make them inactive and then add them as a new contractor again. Don't worry. It only takes a few easy steps.

Make Inactive

  1. Go to the Payroll or Workers tab on the left-hand menu bar.
  2. Select the Contractors section.
  3. Click on the contractor.
  4. Under the contractor's name, press the "Active" drop-down arrow and then Mark as Inactive

Add Contractor

  1. Go through steps 1-2 from above.
  2. Tap Add a Contractor
  3. Enter their name and email address.
  4. Make sure the "Email this contractor to complete their profile." message is checked.
  5. Hit Add contractor
