It's always great to see a new face here in the Community. The way to resend this link for your contractor to be able to fill out their W-9 is to make them inactive and then add them as a new contractor again. Don't worry. It only takes a few easy steps.
Make Inactive
- Go to the Payroll or Workers tab on the left-hand menu bar.
- Select the Contractors section.
- Click on the contractor.
- Under the contractor's name, press the "Active" drop-down arrow and then Mark as Inactive.
Add Contractor
- Go through steps 1-2 from above.
- Tap Add a Contractor.
- Enter their name and email address.
- Make sure the "Email this contractor to complete their profile." message is checked.
- Hit Add contractor.
