Hi, @ccbkbeauty-ccbkb. Let me share some updates about the issue and provide you with information that will help you resolve your concern.

Yes, you can still be able to see all of your transactions.

Since QuickBooks will automatically downloads up to the last 90 days (3 months) worth of transaction, you'll need to manually add transaction using a CSV file.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and choose Banking.
  2. Hit the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Choose the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  4. Select Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then go Next.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into and click Next.
  6. To match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, follow the onscreen instructions. Select Next.
  7. Click the transactions you would like to import an then choose Next.
  8. Select Yes and then Let's go.

Another option, utilize MT Online to import old transactions. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
