I already paid for Quickbooks self employed and turbo tax bundle and its stuck on the billing page as if I havent paid

Hi there, @amydmelious

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help you get past this issue and ensure you're able to get through with your QuickBooks SElf-Employed and TurboTax bundle account.

There are times that the browser behaves unexpectedly due to its cache is already full. This can be resolved by clearing the cache and temporary internet files once we confirm this.

To help us determine the issue, let's first use a private browser or the incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Chrome simply press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari, press Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.

Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Then, check if you can go through the pages without being stuck on the Billing page.

If that works, you'll need to fix your default browser by clearing its cache. Here's a great article for your reference: How to clear browser cache and temporary Internet files?. This will also make your browser's loading time faster.

For future reference, read through these articles to help prepare for your annual tax:

Let me know if you require additional help. We're always to help you more. Stay safe.

Welcome back to the Community, @amydmelious.

Thanks for sharing to us the result of the troubleshooting steps provided by my college. This isn’t the kind of experience I want you to have when using our products.

We’ll have to determine the root cause of why you’re stuck on the Billing page. To do that, I have to collect sensitive information to verify the account.

We always value the safety of our customers’ data, so I recommend contacting our QBSE Care Team. They have tools to help further investigate the issue and make sure you can use the account seamlessly.

  1. In your company file, tap the Assistant icon in the upper right to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. From there, type in the issue or topic in the Type something field box.
  3. You can also key in Talk to a human and then choose any of the following options: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.

If you’re using a mobile a mobile, check out the Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support article. It provides an overview of how to get in touch with our specialists.

I don’t want to leave you empty-handed, so I’m adding a link where you’ll find all our self-help articles. To view the complete information for each topic, simply click on the link: QuickBooks Support.

Let me know in the Reply section if you have any other concerns. Please know I’m always here to help and make sure you’re taken care of. Have a good one.
