Hello there, w1587086,

You have an option to purge your company file. This process will delete all of your data.

Keep in mind that your QuickBooks Online company needs to be less than 60 days old, anything more, and this feature will no longer work. We suggest you cancel your account or create a new one at this point.

To purge it, look at the URL in your browser's address bar. Delete everything after the last "/", and enter purgecompany. For example:

  • From: https://c4 .... /app/homepage
  • To: https://c4 .... /app/purgecompany

Type Yes to confirm that you want to delete your company data. Then, select Wipe data.

Let me know if there's anything else you need help with.

Thank you for you reply. It has been over 60 days since I used that in last semester. It is about 6 months ago. Is there any ways to fix it?

I appreciate you for getting back to us here in the Community, @w1587086.

I can help share information about the available options you can try to remove all the data. Since it already exceeds the 60 days time frame, the only way is to manually delete each transactions or search for a third-party app available.

Here's how to delete transactions:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales or Expenses.
  2. Open a transaction.
  3. Select the More option at the bottom part.
  4. Choose Delete

Also, please refer to the additional screenshot below for your visual reference on how to search for an app:

I've also included an article in case you need more ideas about voiding or deleting transactions: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.
