I can help share information about the available options you can try to remove all the data. Since it already exceeds the 60 days time frame, the only way is to manually delete each transactions or search for a third-party app available.
Here's how to delete transactions:
- On the left navigation bar, click Sales or Expenses.
- Open a transaction.
- Select the More option at the bottom part.
- Choose Delete.
