I am a current customer and would like to speak with a human being working at Quickbooks.

I clicked on the button requesting to speak with someone and it sent me nowhere. I would like to speak with a live person. How do I reach someone?

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to post here in the Community, I'm more than happy to help you get in touch with our support team. To reach them, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Support hours are M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you'd like you can post whatever you need assistance with here in the Community and we'll be happy to help! Thanks for your time and have a lovely afternoon.
