Thank you for getting back to me. We have two square accounts. One is for POS for retail sales and the other one is for wholesale invoicing. I need to know how do I import the wholesale invoices into my QB's? I have downloaded the Connect to Square app, but I do not see an option to be able to bring in my invoices.

Hello there, Kathy07.
I can help you bring your sales transactions into QuickBooks automatically.
All sales recorded within Square are brought over to QuickBooks as a sales receipt. These details that can be shown on the transactions are the item name and quantity sold, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and fees. Here are the steps on how to import your sales into QuickBooks.
Connect your bank account to QuickBooks Square uses to deposit money from your sales.
Then, you can import Square products and services. This process ensures the product and service names in QuickBooks match up exactly with what you have in Square. For your next step in integrating Square into QuickBooks, you can use this article: Connect your Square account to QuickBooks Online.
Once you finish setting up the Connect to Square app, transactions will now import and may take more time depending on how many they are. In case you need help in categorizing your transactions, you can click the Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online link.
Don't hesitate to drop by here if you have other questions. I'm always here to help. Keep safe!
I have already done all that you have posted to me.
I am able to receive retail sales information, but not for customer invoices. What do I need to do in order to have customer invoices imported into my QB’s?
Let me share the details about the Square Sync app connection in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you'll be able to set it up correctly and manage your invoices to keep your account updated, @Kathy07.
You can integrate QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Square. It's a one-way integration that imports your customer invoices from Square into QuickBooks. If your Square app is connected to QuickBooks, it will automatically be processed through with it and will be imported as an invoice. Since the square is a third-party application the data we receive depends upon them what the Square allows.
