I am being charged 70.00 for an acct. that should be 22.00 under the Postnet Franchise. By my history the same happened last month. I don't to go thru this every month.

I want to make sure we're on the same page. May I know if you're seeing this charge inside QuickBooks Online? If yes, you'll have to contact our Customer Support Team. They have the tools to check why you're getting this charge. Here is how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question or concern in the like "why I'm being charged for $70 instead of $22 for my QuickBooks Online subscription?" then click Let's talk once finished.
  3. Choose either the Get a Callback or Start Messaging options.
