Good Morning, @mergaret-cosmics.

Thanks for the additional information that you gave about trying to export a single invoice transaction.

If you're exporting a single invoice transaction into Excel, then this would be more of an Excel issue. However, you might be able to change some settings within your Excel to make the quantity column shown as a positive as it does in QuickBooks Online.

After trying this in my test account, there isn't a way to export a single invoice transaction. There could be a possibility that you're trying to export a report to Excel and it's making the quantity column show as a negative.

To give you the best solution, can you please provide me with a screenshot or a video of how you're exporting in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and the way it looks in the Excel spreadsheet? This will help me determine the best answer to your question.

I want to make sure all of your concerns are addressed, and we get a better understanding of why this is occurring when exporting through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Hit the Reply button at the bottom of the post when you've gathered the other information. Take care!
