I've checked our system but there were no similar reported cases about this issue. I can share some ways to get around this.
First, let's check if your Melio app still syncs with QuickBooks Online. This way, your vendors will receive the checks you've sent successfully. There are two ways to do this.
The first one is by going to the apps.intuit.com site. The second way is through the Apps menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Here's how:
- Go to the Apps menu at the left pane.
- Select the My Apps tab, and verify if the Melio is listed or syncs with QBO.
If it's working fine and your vendors are still unable to receive your checks, I recommend contacting Melio's support team for further assistance. This way, they can review your account securely and check the status of your payments.
By the way, you can take advantage of the different bill-related reports in QBO. This way, you can monitor all your bills and the payments that go with them. Just navigate the Reports menu, and then select the desired report from the What you owe section. Please see the screenshot below for visual reference:
