I want to make sure you're able to record your entries in the Chart of Accounts.
May I know what error message are you getting when trying to add the detail type of your accounts? Any information about the issue is extremely helpful for us to narrow things down.
Have you tried using a private window? If not, let's try doing that first. The private browser does not save your browsing history making it a good place to isolate web data issues. Here's how to do that:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you can add the detail type without any issues, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the excess data on your cache. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Online Care Support. They have additional tools to help you investigate on what's causing the unexpected problem.
