I am having trouble updating my current logo

Hello there, @virginiapavingnr.

 

I'm here to help you get to the bottom of those logo issues. To clarify, is there any sort of error message you're receiving when trying to upload the updated image? Any additional information or screenshots you can provide me will help to ensure a timely solution.

 

As a general rule of thumb, we recommend opening the logo in Microsoft Paint (or Preview on Mac) and re-save it as a .JPG file with a new name to ensure there are no format issues. While saving, verify that the image is no larger than 10 MB in size, as this is the limit for all QBO images.
