I am logged in on my laptop but since yesterday it just says “we’re fetching your data”. And nothing is happening. Any suggestions?

Right now, our engineers are investigating this issue when logging in to your account. We will let you know when we have more information soon.
 

The case code is INV-42896, where customers see the message "We're fetching your data" when logging in via the web.
 

Please contact our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and attach it to the investigation. This way, you'll be receiving an email notification once our engineers have fixed it.

 

In the meantime, you can utilize our test drive to contact our support. Let me show you how:

  1. Click this link: QBSE Test-drive.
  2. On the upper right, select Assistant.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human".
  4. Provide your query and then click I still need a human.
  5. Choose to Message an agent.

You can call our supports every 6:00 am-6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 6:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday.
