I am looking to created customized COA, but "Type" and "Detail Type" has its own drop down options on QB.Can i get the list of options for the same so can update my excel

Exporting QBO’s list of Account and Detail Types is currently unavailable. To allocate these in your Excel file, I recommend manually adding them as a workaround.
