I am new to QBO and account for an HOA. I understand there is not a function to prepare batch invoices but can you tell me how to prepare individual invoices?

Let me be the first to welcome you to the QuickBooks family. I hope you find your time with us productive and enlightening. Preparing Invoices in QuickBooks Online is a breeze, here's how you can get started:

 

Creating Invoices

  1. From QuickBooks Online, click the Plus (+) icon and select Invoice.
  2. Select a Customer at the top and fill out the Invoice/Due dates. Enter a Product/Service and ensure a Qty, Rate, and Amount are assigned.
  3. Once finished, click Save and send if you'd like to send the Invoice now, or Save and close if you'd like to send it later.
