I am new to quickbooks. Can I suppress the date and Product/Services columns on the customer invoice input page if I don't want them to show on the invoice itself?

I am new to quickbooks. Can I suppress the date and Product/Services columns on the customer invoice input page if I don't want them to show on the invoice itself?

Welcome to the Community, @willcogswell-gma.

 

I can walk you through how to personalize the information on your invoices.

 

You'll have to manually change an existing invoice template if you wish to use it. If it's not the case, go to the Custom form style area and create a new one.


Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Gear icon. Then, select Custom form style.
  2. Click the New style drop-down and select Invoice.
  3. Go to the Content section.
  4. Uncheck the boxes for Date and Products & Services.
  5. Once done, hit Done.

 

 

 

 

 

After that, make sure to use the new template as default:
