I am not able to efile inactive 1099 contractors once I reactivated them. They are well over the $600 minimum. We are in California.

To e-file your 1099, make sure that you click on the box Track payments for 1099 in the vendor’s information.

 

Click on the link on how to prepare and e-file 1099s.
