I am not QB Certified, but I have 2 people on my staff that are. Is there a way to utilize that in my profile?

I'm here to provide some information about ProAdvisor Certification in QuickBooks Online.

The QuickBooks Online Certification courses are included as part of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program membership. You'll need to be a ProAdvisor to take the courses and get certified since QuickBooks Certification is good for one user profile only. Once you've signed up for the program, you can start accessing the available certifications.

Here's how:

1. Log into QBOA using your ProAdvisor User ID and Password.
2. Click the ProAdvisor tab on the left, this will take you directly to Certification section.
3. Find the exam you are interested in.
4. You can click on the exam to expand for optional training modules.
5. When ready to complete the certification exam, click Take Exam on the right side of the screen.
