I am not seeing an option for tracking billable expenses in Account and Settings>Bills and expenses. How do I enable this feature? Subscription level = QB Essentials

How do I enable this feature? Subscription level = QB Essentials

 

Easy. Upgrade to PLUS (currently $60 per month) plan from Essentials and you see the feature you want.
