I am trying to enter a new invoice in the mobile app and I get "Error the quantity is larger than the maximum amount"?

Hi dougniven,

 

We got reports that this happens when creating estimate on the iPhone mobile app, too. Our engineers are already aware of the issue, and they're working on a solution.

 

Please contact our support team, so they can add your company details to the notification list.

  1. Click on Help and choose Contact us.
  2. In the description box, enter the error message and this number INV-34761.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Choose from Message an agent or Get a callback.

In the meantime, you can sign in to QuickBooks using a mobile browser if you need to create invoices.
