We can run the basic browser troubleshooting steps if this would show you the expected result after logging in to your QuickBooks account using the incognito or a private window. To do this, follow these shortcut keys below:
Chrome simply press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
Safari, press Command + Shift + N. Make sure you're using the latest version.
If QuickBooks shows the list of transactions, that means you're experiencing a browser issue. To fix this, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try using another supported, up-to-date browser.
