I am trying to update my account by 'providing principal officer information' but the drop down menu for 'title' of the officer (a required field) will not drop

I can not submit unless I am able to get the drop down menu to function correctly. Any advice?

Welcome to the Community, director24. I'm here to help you out with updating your Intuit account.
 

The first thing I can suggest is to open your browser's private window. It allows you to isolate cache, which is the usual culprit for unusual behaviors in browsers. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the drop-down of the title is available, then go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.

Thank you for your reply.  I cleared the cache but I am still not able to access the drop down menu as described above.  The issue still persists.  Any other ideas? Thank you in advance for your help.
