Let's check out what happened to your items, cjhertwig.
An inactivated item will not show up when creating invoices, sales receipts, or other transactions. Let's see if this happens to them.
Click the Gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
Under Lists, select Products and Services.
Click the Filter (Funnel) icon just above item list.
In the Status dropdown, select All.
Please check if the items in concern have a Make active option in the ACTION column. This means they were inactivated.
If the items we're not inactivated, we can check if this is triggered by a browser issue.
Please log in to QuickBooks in a private window and create sales transactions. If you can select the items, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If it's still the same thing, please try other browsers to isolate the case.
