If you're able to add tags, you can go back to a regular browser and try clearing its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can also cause any unexpected issues on the opened pages like QuickBooks.
They can also try a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Would this still be the possible problem if I’m actually not using a browser, but I’m on the desktop app?
I just cleared my cache history and also went to QB on google chrome and it’s still doing the same. No way to tag my expense or invoice. If I go to the “tags” tab it won’t even load for me either.
