Hi there, emilio

I’ll share some information about accepting signature on an invoice.

This time, the option to get e-signature on an invoice after converting it from delayed charge is unavailable. I’d recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. By doing so, they will know how you’d like to be able to accept the signature after the delayed charge was converted into an invoice.

We value your feedback so let’s help our engineers implement this feature into future updates. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  4. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  5. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category and select Send message.

You can track your submitted feedback through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

Let me know if there's anything else I can be of help. I’m just a comment away, emilio. Thank you for doing business with QuickBooks!
